The fat cells are undamaged, but due to the reaction of the laser light on the cell it will empty the contents. The contents consist of water, glycerol and free fatty acids. Following a treatment the Glycerol or sugar is rapidly absorbed by the body. The water carries the free fatty acids through the lymphatic system, through the kidneys and are then passed out of the body in your urine.
The laser was designed to specifically address body contouring through inch-loss. The laser provides inch-loss, but without the pain, risks, or the extensive recovery time associated with surgery. By directly targeting subcutaneous adipose cells (or fat cells), Lipo Laser offers a safe and effective inch-loss solution that can be applied to multiple problem areas.
The laser is a 100% non-invasive, low-level laser system, designed specifically for inch-loss and body contouring. At D’avoir, we use laser energy to safely (and painlessly) penetrate the skin and target specific adipose (or fat) cells. It is through this targeted process that the laser is able to stimulate fat cells into releasing water, free fatty acids, and glycerol. Having released these primary constituents; water, free fatty acids, and glycerol (often referred to as triglycerides), the fat cells reduce their overall size, significantly resulting in inch-loss for clients!

Call to see if you’re a candidate.
Start the recommended Nutritional Program. This will help to prepare your body for the release of fat into the body’s system.
Refrain from consuming food or beverage 2-4 hours prior to your treatment.
During your first treatment measurements will be taken of the area being treated.
While relaxing on the treatment bed, laser paddles will be placed on the treatment area. You will feel nothing except for a relaxing warming sensation from the paddle.
There are potentially three reasons for this:
1. Over eating or drinking
2. Under eating
3. Not exercising enough within 24 hours post treatment
Protective glasses/goggles should be worn at ALL times during the procedure.
The following clients should be cleared by their doctor before being treated:
Patients with acute disease
Patients with infectious diseases
Women who are pregnant
Patients with heart diseases
Patients with a fever
Patients receiving treatment or those with abnormal body phenomenon
We recommend two treatments per week for four weeks.
One treatment area is considered one session.
If you maintain a healthy diet and exercise routine then yes.
A typical client will lose between 1-2 inches during a single session around the stomach; this is also heavily dependent on the depth of the fat layer. Results in other target areas will be more varied. Commitment to the treatment and a decent eating plan will ensure maximum results. The exercise program after each treatment is important to allow the fat released during the treatment, to be used up as energy. A typical client can expect to reduce an area by 1-2 dress sizes during a course of treatments.
As long as you maintain your weight, diet and exercise, the inch loss will be long-lasting. If exercise is not undertaken soon after the lipolaser treatment, the results will be temporary. Maintenance sessions following a course of treatments are highly recommended to keep your body in its ideal shape.
Following your treatment refrain from consuming any foods or caloric beverages for 2 hours, but be sure to drink plenty of water post-treatment, as the extra water helps your body eliminate the contents released from the treatment, via urine.
The laser mobilizes fatty acids and works synergistically with the body’s natural mechanisms.
You are highly encouraged to participate in a cardiovascular exercise within 2–4 hours to maximize the effects of your Laser treatment!
